Terms & Conditions

• Booking will be confirmed after receipt of the agreed advance amount.
• Remaining payment to be completed before or at the end of the journey as per booking terms.
• Toll Tax, Parking Charges and State Entry Taxes (if applicable) will be charged extra.
• GST will be applicable wherever required.
• Vehicle rates are calculated on actual running kilometers or minimum daily running criteria, whichever is applicable.

For multi-day journeys requiring an overnight stay:

• Driver Food and Accommodation shall be arranged by the customer or charged additionally.
• Night halt charges may apply depending on the trip duration and location.

• Vehicle models mentioned are indicative only.
• In case of non-availability, a similar or upgraded vehicle category may be provided without prior notice.
• All vehicles are well-maintained, sanitized and driven by experienced drivers.

• Additional waiting charges may apply beyond the complimentary waiting period.
• Any change in route, destination or travel schedule after booking confirmation may result in revised charges.

• Please ensure that the number of passengers and luggage remains within the vehicle's seating and carrying capacity.
• Customers are requested to take care of their personal belongings during the journey.
• Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers may be chargeable.

• Cancellations made before vehicle dispatch may be eligible for a partial refund as per company policy.
• No refund will be applicable after vehicle dispatch or commencement of the journey.
